I have enjoyed being here so much. I love all the Staff and the fellowship among the other Participants.
I was a very depressed person when I first started coming here. Being here stimulated my mind and now
I’m happy. I thank God for Francis. She is so caring to each of us.

The Center means a lot to me. I like the People that come here and I have made a lot of Friends.
I like the Staff and they help us a lot. I learn things from doing different activities. I like the recliners
because we can relax and talk to each other. I also like to help the Staff clean after we eat lunch.

I got a lot of friends here. The Staff is very helpful. We have a good driver and don’t have to worry
about transportation to the Center. I make more friends the longer I’m here. I like putting puzzles together.
Clarence Urbin
I love coming here. I love everybody. I love my food most of the time. I really like my drivers. The Staff
helped me to be independent again. I was in a wheel chair and now I’m walking with a walker.
Gladys Wood.
I’m Glenna Holder. The Day Center has saved my life. I’ve made a lot of friends that I didn’t have before.
We love everyone. We are a team. We play games and do activities to help us enjoy our lives. I have a new
life by the grace of God. Thanks.

It’s a wonderful place to come to when you have health problems. It helps your family members out for part
of the day. I think the Staff is great. I have many friends here at school.

meeting new friends. I like playing games and being helpful to others. It’s a beautiful place to come to.
I am happy they can pick me up and bring me here and then take me home again. It’s a wonderful place to be.

Caregiver Solutions was a God send for our family, especially for me. I could go to work each day, knowing my mother, Norma LeClaire, was being well taken care of until my brother or sister picked her up to go home. She really enjoyed the games, crafts, being around other people, and the staff. Mother liked the Bingo, Dominoes, Rummy, and Yatcy the best out of all the games. She would win at them quite often.
The first Christmas party that was held, she received the award for "Mrs. Personality". That lifted her spirits immensely and made her realize how well everyone at Caregiver's liked her. It was her home away from home (or should I say school or work). She would often say she was going to work or school the next day. She even told the great grandchildren that it was her school and that she had fun and really liked it.
Even though she was getting weak toward the end, you still took good care of her. When she would miss because of illness or being in the hospital, she would always say to me, "Did you call school (work) and let them know I won't be there?"
She liked including all the people there in her birthday. She always felt it was her and Clarence's party since his was the same day. One year, I had three birthday parties for her. She loved every one of them. In 2007, I had an 80th birthday party for her at the church she had gone to most of the time. She was excited to see staff and friends from Caregiver's help her celebrate this milestone. It was an exciting day for her and I am so thankful that I had it. She got to see and visit over 100 friends and family that day.
Thank you for making my mother's life easier. I know she would not have made it to 80 if you weren't there. Thanks for being who you are.
